| Description | The project consists of constructing 1" Leveling Binder and 2" Surface Course Lifts on an existing milled surface. Coordination with Cuba Road District will be required. Traffic Control and Protection for the work zone is also required. Major pay items include 737 ton Leveling Binder (Machine Method), N50; 1,593 ton Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, IL-9.5, Mix "D", N50; 5,923 pounds Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat) and 1 lump sum Traffic Control and Protection. Project Location: The project is located on W. Roberts Lane from IL 59 to cul-de-sac, on Jeanna Court from W. Roberts Lane to culde-sac, on Heritage Trail form W. Main Street to W. Heritage Oaks Road, and on W. Heritage Oaks Road from west cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac in Cuba Township, Lake County, Illinois. To bid on this project, contractors shall be required to provide a valid IDOT Certificate of Eligibility and obtain an approved LCDOT Authorization to Bid.
