Repair/correction Command Post area include perimeter walls for floor-to-ceiling, corrected HVAC, installation of access/inspection door, and back-up power generation. The projects magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The following NAICS code 236220 will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. Solicitation W50S84-22-B-0002 information will be advertised electronically on or about 8 July 2022 at https://www.sam.gov/ with an anticipated award date of August 2022.
