Solicitation Number: W50S84-22-B-0002 Restrictions: Small Business NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5M Project Magnitude: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 Title: Renovate Command Post Project: MBMV192146 Location: Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, MI 49037 (Calhoun County) Period of Performance: 365 Calendar Days Issue Date: Tentatively 8 July 2022 Pre Proposal Conference and Site Visit: TBA Closing Date: Tentatively 10 Aug 2022, 2:00 pm Award date: Tentatively August 2022 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Background: Build according to Design: The 110th Wing requires the repair to deficiencies highlighted in the Command Post located in B6905. Repair/correction Command Post area include perimeter walls for floor-to-ceiling, corrected HVAC, installation of access/inspection door, and back-up power generation. The projects magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The following NAICS code 236220 will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. Solicitation W50S84-22-B-0002 information will be advertised electronically on or about 8 July 2022 at https://www.sam.gov/ with an anticipated award date of August 2022. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
