Construction of: New Pickleball courts (55'X60') No off site hauling Grade subgrade add 8" stone base compacted Install two sets of new posts (nets included) Pave with 3" new asphalt compacted Apply 1 coat resurfacer, 2 coats color and stripe. Basketball Courts Clean area of all dirt and debris Fill major cracks with hot rubberized crack filler Seal with asphalt sealer sand added Restripe to previous layout. Tennis Courts Apply one coat resurfacer, resurface with 2" asphalt (162 X 140), fill cracks with sand and cover courts with petro mat, add 2" of metal to each post, take down and put back fence, 2 coats color and stripe tennis court. Asphalt All areas including parking lots and walking paths, clean all dirt and debris, fill in major cracks with hot rubberized crack filler, seal areas with asphalt sealer sand added, restripe to previous layout.
