| Description | Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, permitting and supervision necessary to repair the remaining eight bents and seven spans (approximately 160 linear feet) of the existing Upper Concrete âTâ Dock at Lignumvitae Key, shall repair spalled areas, demolish and replace the severely damaged Double T panels, and re-construct as shown in the DockPlans-R.pdf construction documents. All lumber to be pressure treated wood #2 SYP, or better. All repair work to be done within the same footprint as a portion of the existing concrete dock. Existing Upper Concrete âTâ Dock piles are to remain and be reused. Provide ADA Compliant Handrail where slopes are 1:20, or greater. Alternate #1: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, permitting and supervision necessary to repair the historic Matheson House foundation. |
