As of April 13, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. This project is included in the city’s FY 2023-2028 Budget Capital Improvement Program but pending funding source. Funding is curently allocated towards 2024 and 2025. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. A detailed scope has not been released. Second of an estimated five phases that include a total of 88 acres of neighborhood parks, 75 acres of community parks/sports complexes, and 38 acres of trails. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
