Replacement of County Bridge No. H0814 Hawthorne Avenue over Tributary to Green Brook

The contract includes, but is not limited to the following major items of work: 1. Installation, maintenance, and removal of all soil erosion and sediment control devices 2. Installation, maintenance, and removal of all traffic control devices associated with the road closure and detour proposed for this project. 3. Protection of any and all existing utilities on site. 4. Removal of existing structure in its entirety. 5. Construction of new, pre-cast 3 sided rigid frame structure on cast in place footings, with wing walls and concrete parapet railing and pylons. 6. Construction of associated roadway and drainage improvements
