Description

As of June 6 2023, addendum 2 has been issued extending the bid date from June 6, 2023 to June 13, 2023. The scope of work for North Park Development Phase 1 will be for the following trades and will include but not limited to: CONCRETE PAVING AND FOUNDATION, UNIT MASONRY, STRUCTURAL METAL STUD FRAMING, METAL FABRICATIONS, ROUGH CARPENTRY, THERMAL INSULATION, FLUID APPLIED WEATHER BARRIER, METAL WALL PANELS, MEMBRANE ROOFING SYSTEM, SHEET METAL & SELF ADHERING FLASHING, ROOF ACCESSORIES, JOINT SEALANTS, CURTAIN WALL, GLAZING, GYPSUM BOARD ASSEMBLIES, PAINTING, TERMITE CONTROL, WOOD FENCING & GATES, and other related trades. Construction is expected to start on site work July 2023. Substantial completion is expected by June 2024.
