Scope of Work: - Insulation Remove all existing ceiling/attic insulation and replace with minimum 5.5” of open cell spray foam. - AC Ducting & Dehumidifier Calculate loads and redesign ducting throughout the building, remove and replace ALL ducting so they are properly sized and located. Please reference the asbestos survey dated December 12, 2020 which identified potential asbestos in the black mastic of the ac ducting. Abatement by a properly licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor will be required, along with proper notification and coordination with Orange County Environmental Protection Department (EPD). - Replace any impacted ceiling tiles. - Install whole-building dehumidification system. -Abate all Non-Friable Asbestos Containing Material prior to any renovation that may impact the HVAC Duct Mastic. Abatement should be performed by a Florida Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor. - 29 CFR 1926.1101- OSHA's Asbestos Standard for the Construction Industry does apply if the abatement option is chosen. - Roof Replacement - Removal/replacement of flat roof - a portion of the entire roof - and any associated flashing/curbs; - Restroom Renovations - Labor and materials to fully renovate two restrooms, including new flooring, new plumbing and light fixtures, painting, and push button entry systems for each entry door
