1. Locker Room Fan Coil Replacement a. Removal and disposal of existing locker room fan coil unit and associated unused accessories b. (1) Carrier vertical fan coil unit as specified c. Spring vibration isolators d. Sheet metal ductwork with 1" acoustical liner to adapt existing ductwork to new fancoil unit e. Hydronic copper piping and accessories to adapt new hot water coil to existing piping f. (1) Low leak motorized outside air damper g. Temperature controls and control wiring as specified h. (1) Combination motor starter / disconnect i. PowerWiring to adapt new system to existing power supply j. (1) axiom model SF 100 glycol hydronic system feeder w/necessary piping and wiring k. Glycol installation in existing boiler system to achieve 30% concentration 1. Certified air and water balancing m. Start up and warranty 2. Running Track Fan Coil Replacement a. Removal and disposal of existing running track fan coil unit and associated unused accessories b. (1) Carrier horizontal fan coil unit as specified c. Sheet metal ductwork with 1" acoustical liner to adapt existing ductwork to new fancoil unit d. Hydronic copper piping and accessories to adapt new hot water coil to existing piping e. Temperature controls and control wiring as specified f. (1) Combination motor starter / disconnect g. Power wiring to adapt new system to existing power supply h. Certified air and water balancing i. Start up and warranty Running track fan coil replacement can only be accepted if base bid is completed due to base containing glycol system feeder and installation of 30% glycol to existing boiler. 3. Exterior Door & Interior Door Replacement Automatic a. Bid price shall include removal, disposal, furnish and install special-lite doors, frames and hardware and transmitter and receiver, panic hardware. b. 4. Exterior Concrete Pad a. Excavate and remove existing concrete pad approximately 5' 4" x 3' 8". Remove debris off site. b. Install a new concrete pad 8' x 7'5" deep per specifications.
