Description

Project consists of the renovation of pharmacy compounding rooms 1400 and 1503 on Level 1 of Iowa River Landing (IRL). The Scope of Work for the project includes modifications required for compliance with USP 797 and 800 regulations including new interior partitions and doors; electrical power conduit, wire and devices; lighting; variable refrigerant flow mechanical system modification; ductwork; VAVs; data/IT cabling pathways and terminations; and other infrastructure. The rooms will be remodeled including new ceilings, lighting, flooring, paint, casework, and finishes
