| Description | Solano County Roadway Preservation: Pave Midway Road with a 1.5" thickness of HMA with geosynthetic pavement interlayer from 250' West of Lewis Road to Porter Road/Midway Intersection. Perform dig-out repairs and place leveling course of 3/8". Solano County Farm to Market Phase 3: Construct 4-foot paved shoulders, install HMA leveling course, and install a polymer modified asphaltic emulsion chip seal with a micro-surface on Mankas Corner Road (Abernathy Road to 1000' E of Abernathy Road), and Suisun Valley Road (Rockville Road to Ledgewood Road). Construct 4-foot paved shoulders, install HMA leveling course, and pave with a 1.5" thickness of HMA with geosynthetic pavement interlayer on Abernathy Road (Rockville Road to Mankas Corner Road) and Rockville Road (Suisun Valley Road to Abernathy Road). Stripe all roads with thermoplastic markings. |
