Scope of Work: 190453: This project is initiated to replace the air handler, hot water boiler, and vents serving the Rhesus Clinic (Bldg 504), as well as, to replace the Cambridge heaters with more energy efficient heaters. 190573: This projects is to add conference space on the first floor. Add an office for the shipping/receiving staff on the loading dock. Add new conditioned space in the warehouse to house 17 new workstations for O&M staff. Add vertical rack storage inside the warehouse with secured fencing. Add rack storage outside the warehouse with secured fencing with overhead covering. Budget: 190573 for 775,000.00 190453 for 700,000.00 HUB Goal 21.1%.
