Pembroke Meadors Water Distribution System Replacement and Sanitary Sewer Replacement/Rehabilitation Phase 1

This project includes installing approximately 3,150 feet of 4-inch, 4,100 feet of 6-inch, 7,060 feet of 8-inch, and 500 feet of 10-inch ductile iron water pipe; replace all fire hydrants, valves, and air vents; install 4-inch blow-off valves; replace all water service lines and old meter boxes; abandon existing water main; install approximately 25 feet of 4- inch and 610 feet of 6-inch ductile iron sewer force main pipe; replace all air vents; abandon existing 6-inch ductile iron force main; replace approximately 630 feet of gravity sewer with 8-inch PVC pipe and 100 feet of gravity sewer with 8-inch ductile iron pipe; replace approximately 900 feet of sewer laterals with 4-inch PVC and install new sewer clean out; replace 2 sewer manholes; replace one inside drop connection; rehab manholes; and CCTV new gravity sewer main and laterals.
