Description

This project is comprised of four three-story apartment buildings, four six-bay garages and one and a half story Clubhouse arrayed across the Phase I (440) site. Phase I will feature 156 units on a 10.5-acre parcel. The Clubhouse serves as a design, social focal point and gateway to the development and is located near the primary project site entrance at Hartford Pike. Phase II (the 526 site) is presented as a series of two three-story buildings containing an internal clubhouse. Phase II will feature 92 units on an 8.9-acre parcel. As of June 23, 2023, this project is liked on hold or abandoned. Information regarding an architect and general contractor have not been confirmed. A firm construction timeline cannot be confirmed.
