General Description: Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials to build New Emergency Department. Project number: 528A8-809 Set-aside: This is a total 100% Small Business set aside procurement. Project Magnitude: between 10,000,000 and $20,000,000 NAICS: 236220 Commerical and Institutional Building Construction NAICS small business size standard: $39.5 million In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a federal contract. All bidders shall submit information regarding their current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) that is equal to 1.0 or less than 1.0. This information shall be obtained from the bidder's/offeror's insurance company and be furnished on the insurance carrier's letterhead. This requirement has DEDUCT ALTERNATES.
