Construction Project Entitled Mangham Recreation Complex Phase I

The Base Bid for this Phase I project consists of providing site grading on a twelve acre site complete with ditches and drainage swales, providing potable water service, providing area lighting, constructing a high school baseball field and softball field complete with finish gradingdirtwork, seeding, field lighting, fencing, backstop, dugouts, press box, bases and scoreboard but no sprinkler system and no bleacher canopies; and constructing a dixie youth baseball field complete with finish gradingdirtwork with the exception of seeding, fencing, backstop, dugouts, bleachers, press box, bases, scoreboard, field lighting and sprinkler system. Add Alternate No. 1 will be to install a sanitary sewer service. Add Alternate No. 2 will be to install the easternmost 340 feet of a gravel parking lot complete with preparation of subbase, placement of 8 inch aggregate base, wheel stops and entrance driveway.
