| Description | The City of Washington, North Carolina is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide grant administration services necessary to complete a FY 2019 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization (NR) Project. The CDBG-NR program consists of one building renovation at 300 East 10th Street in Washington. The FY 2019 CDBG-NR Program will be funded with $750,000 of CDBG funds (100% of total program costs).
