Description 1. The floor, walls, and roof structure shall be made of SIPs. Underside of flooring panels to be treated for exterior exposure by vendor. 2. Complete HSB auto-cad drawings and architectural or engineered stamped construction drawings for building permit review. 3. Supply all lumber for project. Including but not limited to top plate, bottom plate, corner and spline connections, sub-fascia eave and rakes, window and door bucking and all built-up header material consisting of standard or engineered lumber. Supplier to install all lumber around all corner and spline connections, window and door connections in the factory. 4. Panels to be completely cut in the suppliers’ shop. Panels delivered to jobsite with all edge relief for lumber or spline configurations. All window and door openings are cut and relieved with lumber headers. No cutting of panels in field required. 5. Electrical chases pre-installed at all locations specified by Kent County and all lumber to be drilled by supplier in conjunction with wire chases 6. Complete roof support in the form of architectural grade glue-lams shall be supplied and be pre-ripped, bevel, and cut beams for drop and lock system. 7. All fastening material needed for panel installation, lifting plates, panel joint tape, house wrap, and froth pack shall be provided by vendor. 8. Manufacturing of the cabin kits shall comply with standard building codes and industry practices. 9. Vendor to provide initial on-site consultant for assembly of first cabin unit. 10. Provide approximate completion schedule from time of acceptance of RFP, including design and engineering, with delivery to site.
