| Description | The properties to be demolished hereunder are located in Berwick Borough at the following locations: A. 548-550 West Front Street; B. 1654 Brittain Street; C. 1210 Susquehanna Avenue; and D. 315 Rear Mulberry Street; E. 1125 Good Avenue. Each property proposed for demolition will be bid separately and may be awarded to different Contractors. The Work comprises the demolition of structures and site restoration of five (5) properties and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. |
