Renovation of North Health Center

Renovation projects located at North Dekalb Health Center, 3807 Clairmont Road, Northeast Chamblee, Georgia 30341. Interior Demo – Room 1118 1) Demo the (2) light fixtures on wall. 2) Demo all present cabinetry. 3) Demo sloop sink. 4) Remove all wall items i.e. paper towel dispensers, racks. 5) Demo (3) existing single-phase light switches RELOCATE to the left side wall near door frame at the existing high; install 3-way switch instead. Interior install: 1) Install 3-way light switch mentioned in #5. 2) (3) LED lights in the ceiling on the third row of ceiling tiles (Commercial Electric 4in Deep Baffle LED Recessed Light Model # CER40943K50WH). 3) Patch & level 5 finish on all sheetrock walls, focus on areas where items will be removed, paint must be applied to match exterior wall dimension: (Duron Tequila, 8672W, Eggshell finish). 4) Install new black rubber cove base. 5) Install (L) shape cabinetry for the bottom base area to include: a. Install ADA compliant sink and faucet in corner near existing water line (3 –Hole 25in x 22in x 9in Stainless Steel Single Bowel Sink / Kraus- model# KTM25) and (Delta brand 2 – Handle Kitchen faucet model #26C3934) 6) Install (L) shape cabinetry for the top base area to include full functioning cabinets. Length for the longer dimension not to exceed 117’ inches in length. Length for the shorter dimension not to exceed 68’ inched in length/ not to exceed 20 1/2’ inches in width.
