ITD D4 Sublett Equipment Building

This project consists of a new 5,000 square-foot pre-engineered metal building to house equipment for the Idaho Transportation Department. The building is 50'-0" x 100'-0" and includes five total bays. The project also includes electrical lighting and receptacles. The service performed under the contract will begin upon ITD's written Notice to Proceed must be completed within two hundred seventy (270) days. *As of May 19, 2023, addendum 1 has been issued.
