Description

Scope of Contract is for construction of approximately 23,000 linear feet of 96-inch diameter water lines with all necessary valves and appurtenances, from west of I-45 to the south side of Hopper Rd. The proposed water line installation will be primarily installed with tunneling construction. The tunnel will cross Harris County roads, TxDOT roads, Union Pacific Railroad, BSNF Railroad, Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) drainage systems, and private pipelines.
