8 July 2022 Amendment 01 - The purpose of Amendment 01 is to accomplish the following: 1. Add necessary clauses and to remove unnecessary clauses. 2. Clarify the site visit FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt 1 to read, Thursday 20 June 2022 at 10:00 EST. 3. Update the Davis Bacon Wage Determination to the recent version, dated 01 July 2022. 4. Attach the Record of Attendance from the Site Visit, 30 June 22 in Section J. 5. Attach the Design Clarification for 12 items dated 28 June 2022 in Section J. 6. Update the Bid Opening Call-in Number in Section L, from 321-494-3303 to 321-494-4139. Project Title: Lift Station Repair, Various, DBEH 20-1563 The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to repair various lift stations including all temporary power and bypass to ensure continuous operations of sanitary sewer systems on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) as per drawings and specifications. A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract for the SLD 45 at CCSFS, FL to repair various lift stations. B. NAICS CODE: 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M C. The Magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204(e). D. The Duration of this Contract will be 285 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. This number of days includes 30 Non-access days. E. This acquisition is being issued as a Woman Owned Small Business Set-aside. Any offeror not meeting this criteria shall be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. F. SITE VISIT INFO: See Section L, Clause 52.236-27 for Date and Instruction. G. Certified Funds are not presently available for this effort -- The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
