Tatanka Hotshot Base Roof and Gutter Replacement

Tatank Hotshot Base Quarters: Remove and replacing existing roof system to deck on the Tatanka Hotshot Base Quarters building. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roofing system to deck. Inspect deck and flashing and replace/repair rotted or damaged materials prior to installing new roofing system. Provide and install new asphalt shingle roofing system including: 30# felt underlayment; ice dam material on eves, ridges, and rakes; vent jacks; gutter apron; drip edge; ridge vent; and architcutral shingles. Remove and replacing existing gutters and downspouts on the Tatanka Hotshot Base Quarters building. Remove and dispose of existing gutters, hanger, and downspouts. Inspect fascia board replace/repair rotted or damaged materials prior to installing new gutter system. Install new seamless gutters and downspouts, including all necessary hangers, hardware, and caulking to complete the installation (See Section 07630). Tatanka Hotshot Base Pumphouse: Remove and replacing existing roof system to deck on the Tatanka Hotshot Base Pumphouse. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roofing system to deck. Inspect deck and flashing and replace/repair rotted or damaged materials prior to installing new roofing system. Provide and install new asphalt shingle roofing system including: 30# felt underlayment; ice dam material on eves, ridges, and rakes; vent jacks; gutter apron; drip edge; ridge vent; and architcutral shingles. Black Hills National Forest Supervisor’s Office Cutter Installation Location of the Work: The work for this project is at the Black Hills National Forest, Supervisor’s Office located at 1019 North 5th Street, Custer, South Dakota. Description of the Work: The Contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the work required on this project. The Contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all dimensions and quatities of materials required before beginning work on this project. The work to be performed shall include: Install new seamless gutters and downspouts on the Supervisor’s Office as shown on Drawings, including all necessary hangers, hardware, and caulking to complete the installation (See Section 07630). Concrete splash blocks placed at discharge end of each downspout.
