This project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing walls, finishes, furniture, and MEP equipment; installation of new walls, doors, frames, ceilings, and finishes for two to three offices; new MEP equipment and lighting to serve new office spaces; and installation of new furnishings. Project Information: Substantial Completion: 170 Days (Approximately November 10, 2022 ) Final Completion: 230 Days (Approximately January 9, 2023) Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of opening.
