Temporary Pumping Services

Provide temporary pumping services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor/Vendor is required to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, power, maintenance, etc. to implement a temporary pumping system for the purpose of diverting flow for the duration of the work. This shall include the setting of plugs and any cleaning or other work required to prepare the sewer for bypass pumping or as directed by LFUCG. The work may be of an emergency nature, requiring immediate response; or the work may be scheduled in advance. The design, installation, and operation of the temporary pumping system shall be the Contractor/Vendor’s responsibility. The bypass system shall meet the requirements of all codes and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction.
