Corbin High School Multi-Purpose Athletic Buildings

*Per forth coming addendum 3, this project has been indefinitely put on hold and will be extended.* The Corbin High School Multi-Purpose Athletic Buildings Project consists of a New Track and Field Locker Room Building (3,985 sf) new Tennis Storage/Observation Building (304 sf), new Softball Pressbox (1235 sf), and addition/renovation to the existing fieldhouse/concessions building for Softball and Tennis Locker Room space (5,161 sf). The new structures and building additions are load-bearing masonry with pre-engineered wood trusses and metal roof assembly. Building foundations include concrete footings on micropyles and mat foundations. Exterior cladding includes brick veneer, thin brick veneer, and metal wall panel. Site improvements include a new concrete plaza, covered exterior canopies at the north end of the Track and Field Locker Room Building, west end of the Softball and Tennis Locker Room building, and a new canopy at the concessions area. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. The bonds shall cover the entire base bid and any accepted alternates.
