Concrete Slab and Electric Service for a Mobile MRI Trailer

Be responsible for all aspects of verifying the layout and site conditions of the proposed building installation site. Any maps/drawings/aerial photos are for reference only. Provide site assistance, pre-planning and set-up of site pad. Provide 480 volt, 200 amp electrical service plug (Russellstoll 200 Amp plug #DS 2504 MP000/DF3032 or approved equal) from the Main Distribution Panel at the Clinton Indian Health Center to the MRI Pad location. (See Site map/aerial photos/drawings.). Provide 480 volt A/C , 3 phase, 125 KVA, fused at 150 amps, 3 phase, 5 wire, wye connection with ground and neutral (not less than AWG #1/). Phase balance is + 2% maximum phase-to-phase line voltage difference lowest phase. Frequency 60Hz + or - 3Hz. Maximum voltage variation is + or - 10% from normal state. Data above provided from the Site Planning Guide P. 8. Provide conduit from IT closet/room 31-10 for data cables to mobile pad site. Remove existing asphalt at new pad location. (See attachment). Provide 60’ X 18’ concrete support pad capable of supporting approximately 60,000 lbs. 38,160 lbs. at the rear axle and 21,840 at the King Pin. Pad depth to be determined by the contractor. (Recommend site visit). Non-Ferrous reinforcement materials used for pad construction. The pad levelness must not exceed .125” deviation in 10’0”.
