| Description | Reference Number 0000320210 The County of Rockland is seeking to purchase an emulsion additive This specification applies to incorporating performance enhancing additive materials into micro-surfacing. These performance additives are intended to augment, not replace, conventional micro-surfacing materials as specified by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for use in New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS) state-wide contracts. Accordingly, price proposals shall include only the additive materials, and be in addition to the unit prices for conventional materials as specified and awarded by NYSOGS.
