Furnish Materials and labor needed to remove pop-corn from ceiling throughout house and apply new knock down finish on ceiling and smooth finish on walls. • Prep. Area by removing existing pop-corn finish, and if needed existing sheet-rock. • Install new sheet-rock, tape and mud seam. • Sand area smooth and prime with sheet-rock primer. Furnish materials, and labor to install new bathrooms Vanities with counter top, new Faucet, and hardware. • Remove existing vanity units. • New vanities are to be made from plywood with pull out shelfing and cultured marble top with sink. • Furnish and install Vanity sink with all plumbing components to make unit operational. • New faucet to be ADA compliant with lever type handle, finish to be determined by owner. Unit to be made by American Standard, Kohler or Moen. • Provide every plumbing component to make the unit operational including supply lines, and shut-off valves. • Contractor is responsible for any additional materials and modifications needed to install this fixture. Furnish materials, and labor to replace Medicine Cabinet Mirror: Replace existing medicine cabinet with a recessed mount Aluminum mirrored cabinet with Silver interior 1/2 in. beveled frameless door. Rust-free aluminum construction, to includes two 1/4 in. glass adjustable shelves a left or right-hand door hinge as applicable, Minimum dimensions 26 inch K x 30 inch W x 5 inch. D, to be installed on the side wall. Demolish Existing Kitchen: Furnish labor and equipment to remove and haul away old kitchen cabinets over kitchen walls. Dispose of debris in accordance with all laws, ordinances and codes. Proper care shall be used to protect furnishings and other finishes. Damage directly related to the demolition activities shall be promptly corrected by the contractor at no additional cost.
