Revised project number reflected in Section J, Attachment 2 from SXHT 16-1104 to SXHT 21-1003 The requirement is for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials to replace four (4) air handling units, piping, dampers, and assoicated ductwork within Building 352 mechanical rooms, at Patrick SFB, FL. Also included under the work to be pefrormed, all the related control devices, VFD's (Varialbe Frequency Drives), valves, actuators and sensors. Also to include all VAV and AHU controllers that need replacing. The work included possibly shall need the removal of walls and doors as well. All work shall comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility excellence guidelines. NAICS: 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air conditiong contractors with size standard of $16.5M. The Magnitude of this projects is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (in accordance with FAR 36.204). THIS ACQUISTION IS BEING ISSUED AS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (SDVOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liablity on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this invitation for bid, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this invitation of bid, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
