Description

Adams St Pump Station Control Upgrade: Overview: The Adams St. pump station control upgrade will include removal of the existing Sun State Trakker Control Panel. The replacement panel will be supplied by the bidder to maintain the same function and control as the existing panel. The new panel will include new duplex pump control and new VFD’s and all associated wiring. The new panel will have switches to control both pumps individually in hand, auto, and off. The panel will have lights to warn of each condition for each pump individually: Pump run, pump fail, pump overheat, and pump seal fail. The panel as well shall have hour meters for each pump. The panel shall as well have lights to warn of the following wetwell conditions: low level, high level. The control upgrade to include installation of new submersible transducer for wet well level monitoring and pump control. As well the bid shall include replacement of floats to run backup if failure of ultrasonic occurs.
