Description

The base bid shall include all work shown in the drawings and specifications inclusive of all work shown as deductive bid work. Work includes general construction, structural systems, earthwork, alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, fire protection, data and utility systems, asbestos abatement, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. The existing hospital must remain in operation throughout construction. CHANGE FROM DRAWINGS: the roof anchors & railing, 7 of the 13 PAC’s, and white PVC construction fence have all been deleted. Construction area will still require a chain link fence.
