Columbiana County Airport - Rehabilitate Partial Parallel Taxiway B1

Rehabilitation (mill and overlay) with a portion of parallel Taxiway B1 and portions of Taxiway B1 within the Terminal Area (approximately 1,500 TN FAA P-403 bituminous asphalt) Demolition of existing pavement near the Terminal building to eliminate aircraft parking within the Taxiway Object Free Area (TOFA) (approximately 1,400 SY) Construction of a new taxiway pavement area Area (approximately 200 TN FAA P-403 bituminous asphalt) Construction of a new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) above ground storage tank (AST) pad as part of a Non-AIP funded Bid Additive 1 (approximately 60 SY ODOT 452, 8” thick reinforced PCC). AST to be installed by others. Construction of a new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk pavement area (approximately 75 SY, P-610, 4” thick reinforced PCC). Demolition and installation of storm drainage pipe and inlets (approximately 200 LF, RCP and 4 each ODOT 2-2-B inlets) Electrical duct modifications and installation of approximately 400 LF electrical conduit (concrete encased and non-concrete encased); approximately 75 LF 5-way, 2” electrical conduit bored in place and; two 5-unit pull-can plazas.
