Pine Island Commercial Marina Facility Improvements

The work to be performed under the Agreement consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, fuel, power and water, providing environmental protection, and performing all operations in connection with the Pine Island Commercial Marina Facilities Improvement project documents. The Pine Island Commercial Marina Facility Improvements project includes dredging, removal and replacement of 452 linear feet of seawall, removal and replacement of sixteen (16) finger docks (approximately 892 sq.ft.), improvements to the parking area, and utilities work.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving.
