The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening bids. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and to award the bid in the best interest of the County of Renville. Award is scheduled for June 13, 2023.
