Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) ($180M) for Construction Phase Services (CPS) for the US. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific and Southwestern Divisions in support of the Border Infrastructure Program

Services will be used for projects within the US Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific and Southwestern Division boundaries, to include the states of AZ, CA, NM and TX: The work and services to be provided will involve multiple districts and multiple project locations that are within the USACE South Pacific (SPD) and Southwestern (SWD) Divisions boundaries (Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas). The work will primarily occur in the California Corridor encompassing areas south of San Diego, the Tucson and Yuma Corridor in Arizona, the El Paso/Southern New Mexico Corridor and the South Texas/Gulf Corridor encompassing the McAllen, TX area. The southwest border land forms vary along the border and are a combination of flat and rolling hills (at various grades), some mountainous terrain, valleys, and agricultural plots. Most of the southwest border is located in the Chihuahuan and Sonoran Desert.
