Removal of aluminum feeder electrical feeder section and carpentry work to cut and repair wall to allow electrical work. Carpentry and electrical An electrician will be required to lock out, tag out electrical services while carpentry is being performed. A carpenter will then cut, remove and preserve the drywall for reinstallation below existing electrical panels in (12) units, approximately 42" high by 24" wide, to expose abandoned (aluminum) electrical wiring within the walls. Once exposed, the electrician is to remove the abandoned wiring in all (12) units. The electrician will also be required to plug up any "knock outs" missing from inside the panel as required by code. The carpenter will temporarily replace the cut dry wall until the wire inspector can inspect and sign off that the old wiring has been removed. Once the electrical inspector has approved the work, the wall is to be restored fully (tape, mud, sanded, primed, and painted corner to corner, edge to edge).
