Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, materials, protective clothing, supervision, and the necessary equipment to provide landscaping services and grounds maintenance at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JBVAMC) in Chicago, IL. All services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain a neat and clean appearance of the grounds, as defined herein. Contractor shall maintain all ground areas as listed in Attachment A (approximately 61,291 total square feet).
