Description

The subject project consists of the design of the Pea Ridge Connector roadway which will connect U.S. Highway 90 and Hamilton Bridge Road between Milton and Pace in Santa Rosa County, Florida. The alignment is reportedly to consist of approximately 1.7 miles of a combination of 4-lane urban roadways and 2-lane rural roadways with 5-foot wide bike lanes on each side of the roadway, as well as 5-foot wide sidewalks along both sides of the alignment. The intersection with U.S. Highway 98 will have two (2) mast arm traffic signals, and the intersection with Hamilton Bridge Road will include strain poles for traffic signalization. It is also our understanding the project will consist of up to five (5) stormwater retention facilities and three (3) box culvert crossings.
