Description

About the Project The National Forests in Florida requires a professional land surveying services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to locate, stake out and mark and blaze title interests of the United States. The objective is to award one, possibility up to three, IDIQ contracts to surveying businesses licensed to practice boundary surveying in the State of Florida. The IDIQ will allow for surveying services to be ordered by the Government as needed and required. Delivery Method After IDIQ contracts are awarded, work will be issued firm-fixed-price task orders on a competitive basis. The basis for award of the task orders will generally be on lowest price, but may be conducted through a best value process if the complexity of the work requires additional technical evaluation. The scope of work for this contract includes: 1. Boundary Surveys 2. Topographic Surveys 3. Control Surveys 4. All other land surveying services
