Description

All planning, operations, personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, sundries, and supervision to provide janitorial services to our Armstrong (Savannah) and Liberty (Hinesville) campuses with the possibility of adding four dining areas, two on Statesboro and two on Savannah campuses. All the information for space type, size, APPA levels etc. are found in the attached documents. The approximate cleanable square footage (non-dining) is 827,397 csf. The approximately csf in dining areas is 77,355. There is a mandatory site-visit of three (3) locations.
