Description

As of August 2, 2022, no bids received for this project. No definite date for the rebid. There are six addendum on this project, please see the owner for more information. The goal of the project is to remove segments of asphalt that are showing signs of age and decay and replace the asphalt in accordance with City standards and technical specifications. Asphalt street improvements to improve structural stability and provide increased longevity on up to 10 street segments. Full width roto-milling will remove 1.5-inches of asphalt thickness, sub-base repair work may be completed where necessary, and a new 2.0-inch asphalt mat will be placed to bring the street to grade. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
