Garage Door Preventative Maintenance and Replacements

General Contractor’s license or County of Volusia Certificate of Competency to repair, service, and install both electrical and manual overhead doors. The Fire Department has six (6) fire stations and/or facilities with one (1) to six (6) electrically operated overhead bay doors at each station (total of twenty-five (25) doors) of varying sizes that require routine maintenance and service semi-annually. Parks and Recreation has properties with one (1) to four (4) manual roll-up doors at each location (total of eight (8) doors) of varying sizes that require maintenance and service semi-annually. The Public Works Department and Water Department have eight (8) facilities with one (1) to eight (8) manual roll-up doors at each location (total of thirty (30) doors) of varying sizes that require routine maintenance and service semi-annually. These facilities may also require replacement of overhead doors or electrical openers occasionally.
