RFQ Contractor - Waterproofing Inspection and Testing firm for Ridge Walk North Living and Learning Neighborhood

The project will provide approximately 934,000 GSF of building program, including 2,455 new beds and housing support space for undergraduate students. There are four (4) building structures: (1)18 story building, (1) 16 story building, (1) 10 story building, (1) 6 story building. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, field inspections services to include, but not be limited to, below grade waterproofing, horizontal waterproofing, glazing installation, prefabricated exterior panel installation, inspection and testing, roofing, building envelope systems including any moisture barriers, flashings, material intersections and exterior coatings, review/input of testing procedures and observation in the field of tests. On-site inspection and observation starting in August 2023. The services provided will be sufficient to determine the installed work is free from any and all defects and will be watertight during the anticipated service life of the buildings. The project breaks ground June 2023 and will be completed by December 2025. The General Contractor is Hensel Phelps and the Architects are EYRC and HMC Architects
