Description

The project consists of removal of debris and demolition of all existing animal exhibits and utilities structures at Okalee Village (refer to Attachment A- Plans) and installation of a new irrigation system and sod area within the demolition boundaries. The intention is to demolish and remove the following: • All exhibit areas and their structures (except for one canopy structure and aluminum bleachers) • All underground utilities serving the area to be demolished (any electrical or water) lines feeding the Administration Building, Animal Care Center/Public Restroom, yard drains. The chickee huts area will remain.
