Storage Building Wiring

Delta County is requesting sealed proposals for wiring new storage building. 1) Provide and Install 200a 120/240 volt underground service. 2) Provide and Install 17 duplex outlets. 3) Provide and Install 6 dedicated outlets for garage doors. 4) Provide and Install Emergency/Exit lights over service doors. 5) Provide and Install 4 emergency lights on partition walls. 6) Provide and Install 1 small wall pack by exterior service door 7) Provide and Install 4 large wall packs between garage doors. 8) Provide and Install 3 dedicated Future Modine circuits. 9) Provide and Install 20 8' LED strip lights. Lights will be controlled with occupancy sensors. 10) Bid should include low voltage wiring for door openers. There are no working hour restrictions. All bidders on the project are required to meet with the County Maintenance Director to go over scope of work, prior to submitting their bid. Required Submission Documents o Vendor Experience and Qualifications (1 page) o Proof of Liability Insurance (1 page) o Timeline of work if selected (1 page) o Cost proposal (1 page) Amendments to our withdrawals of proposals will only be allowed if acceptable request are received prior to the deadline. No amendments or withdrawals will be accepted after the deadline unless they are in response to the County's request. Vendors shall carefully review the RFP for defects and questionable or objectionable matter. Comments concerning defects and questionable material must be made in writing and received by Emily DeSalvo, Delta County Administrator, 310 Ludington Street Suite 222, Escanaba, MI 49829. Telephone conversations are not considered official and must be confirmed in writing by the interested party. Subcontractors may be used to perform portions of the work under this contract. If a vendor intends to use subcontractors the vendor must identify, in their proposal, the names of the subcontractors and the portion of the work the subcontractors will perform. Response Format and Content. The County or City is not responsible and will not pay for any costs associated with the preparation, submittal, or presentation of any proposal.
