Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Grub and Clear Existing Grass Lined Swale/Planter Areas Excavate and Regrade Existing Grass Lined Swales Remove Storm Drain Structures and Obstructions Limited HMA removal Install Storm Drainage Modifications Install Bioretention Soil, Topsoil, Compost, Planting and Drip Irrigation Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work.
