Stadium Pressbox Improvements

1. Remove and dispose of existing metal press box sitting on the existing steel structure and deck. 2. Inspect and repair or replace any weak structural framing in the support system. 3. Build new 45’ x 8’ x 8’ press box on existing steel structure and deck with 6 double windows across front, 2 steel entrance doors—one on each end. 4. Exterior finished in 26 gauge PBR steel panels with insulation and a platform roof. 5. Build Stairs to upper level on roof deck for videographers and install chain link fence around the perimeter of the platform roof. 6. Divide press box into four finished rooms with main entrances at each end. 7. Interior finished with plastic wall panels, sealed doors, and vinyl flooring. 8. All lighting, electrical, counters, doors, windows and finishes included. 9. Provide samples of steel exterior metal to be used with proposal. 10. Color choices for all exterior and interior products to be made by owner. 11. Provide details and terms of warranty of contractors work.
