Description | The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-22-114 Warehouse Refer Removal. This project consists of, but not limited to the following: providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for demolition and removal of existing structures, to perform work for Warehouse Refer Removal at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 1900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be Between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 150 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about Aug 3, 2022. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for Aug 10 2022. NOTE this is NOT a Request for proposals this will be a Request for Quotes under FAR PART 13.
